Navratri is a 9-day festival dedicated to Goddess Durga which celebrates the victory of Goddess Durga over evil, personified by the demon Mahishasura. Navratri is observed over nine nights during which nine forms of Durga are worshipped.

Durga Puja, Durga Abhishek Jawar Puja (Ankurarpanam)
Ankurarpanam or the sowing of nine types of seeds in earthen containers signifies the beginning of the festival.

Ashtami Havan: 8.30 AM
Kumkumarchan: 6.00 PM
Kumarika Puja, also known as Kanya Puja or Kumari Puja, is one of the significant rituals during the Navratri festival or Durga Puja festival. Kumari Puja is often performed on Ashtami Puja day, where young girls are worshipped representing the nine forms of Goddess Durga.
